Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a Chef, you will be responsible for cooking and serving nutritious, healthy meals to our Residents. You will work closely with our First Chef to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

As a Chef, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals for our Residents
  • Managing food stock and inventory
  • Working with our First Chef to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly
  • Coaching and supervising colleagues
  • Ensuring that our kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • An understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
  • Experience in a similar role
