As Vice President, Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving a data-driven culture in Research and MDS, with statistical thinking at its core.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the RMS groups and develop a strong leadership team who can influence statistical thinking, experimental design, inference, and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain organizational models to optimize resourcing of the RMS portfolio of work, ensuring all relevant groups within Research and MDS have statistical support to deliver their key objectives.
- Satisfy in vivo regulatory obligations across Pharma R&D, ViiV, and Galvani.
- PhD in Statistics with relevant post-doctoral positions/training.
- International reputation in basic and/or applied statistical methodology, publication record in scientific journals with expertise in both Bayesian and frequentist statistics.
- Management experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology and/or academia.
- Experience managing and/or implementing change projects with a record of achievement.
- Experience in the statistical, regulatory, and scientific landscapes.
