About the Team:

The Customer Experience team is responsible for bringing the customer voice and best practices to the experiences that our customers will have with Divvy Cloud Corp. You will work cross-functionally to map out customer journeys, program manage experience improvements, and consult on what is best for our customers with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host workshops and brainstorming sessions to bring new ideas out of a group
  • Identify potential risks in program work and work with leadership on mitigation plans
  • Update and improve internal processes leading to positive customer experiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of project management and business operations
  • Apply program management principles to drive results
