Program Manager for Customer Experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our Customer Experience team at Rapid7. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer excellence across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs to improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Lead program work to deliver customer outcomes
- Develop and track metrics to measure program success
- Host workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in program work
- Research and implement best practices to improve customer experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in program management or a related field
- Proven track record of working across an organization to drive customer excellence
- Strong understanding of metrics and reporting
- Developed understanding of project management and business operations
- Experience running small to medium-sized programs with cross-functional stakeholders
About the Team:
The Customer Experience team is responsible for bringing the Rapid7 customer voice and best practices to the experiences that our customers will have with Rapid7. We work cross-functionally to map out customer journeys, program manage experience improvements, and consult on what is best for Rapid7 customers with internal teams.
