Program Management Coordinator

Our mission is to engage with the higher education sector, health services, and government entities to ensure that student voices are prioritized in decisions affecting their mental wellbeing.
Through collaboration with students, we illustrate what effective mental health support looks like and work to connect students with their surrounding communities, ensuring their perspectives are consistently acknowledged.
By developing and sharing resources, narratives, and tools, we empower students to create their own mental health strategies to navigate university life and beyond. Our goal is to inspire students to advocate for themselves and share their experiences.
We are looking for an organized and proactive Program Management Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role is essential for the successful execution of the Student Space initiative.
In this position, you will be instrumental in managing program activities, fostering stakeholder relationships, maintaining a comprehensive university directory, and assisting with digital, data, and program reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Provide comprehensive coordination and support for the Student Space initiative.
2. Collaborate closely with Senior Program Managers and team members to ensure effective program delivery.
3. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to the Student Space initiative, managing all communications and directing them to the appropriate team members.
4. Organize internal and external meetings for the Student Space initiative, including preparing documentation, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
5. Participate in various program-related meetings, contributing ideas to enhance our offerings.6. Work alongside the Digital Lead and Senior Program Manager to assist in managing the digital aspects of the Student Space initiative, including data analytics and reporting.
7. Undertake tasks assigned by the Senior Program Manager to support the digital transformation of our online presence.8. Lead the collection, review, and analysis of data from multiple sources to inform program decisions.
9. Design and produce monthly and quarterly data reports as per agreed requirements, providing feedback to the program team.
10. Ensure effective data management practices are in place.11. Represent the program in various digital group meetings.
