About the role

The Role

GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our ERP System (Infor M3) by analyzing internal processes and requirements, and translating these into technical solutions.

About You

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Significant background in system improvement projects, ideally involving ERP systems experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to analyze business processes and requirements, while proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to create documentation to support the team and end users, while supporting change control for systems enhancements.
  • The ability to define scenarios and run structured system testing for new and existing systems.
  • Proven experience in creating and analyzing testing schedules within business critical services.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and experience working with 3rd party vendors and developers.
  • Experience in customer-facing environments and site visits.
