Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Randstad Technologies Recruitment. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and delivering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with process stakeholders to understand and prioritize issues, work items, initiatives, and projects that deliver value.
  • Create specifications, process/data maps, and use cases to support business requirements.
  • Identify, track, and resolve application problems on a day-to-day basis, including evening and weekend support, as required.
  • Coordinate the problem resolution process and work with IT teams, vendors, and departments to champion data integrity and reliability.
  • Support the new vessel onboarding process and administer routine and non-routine procedures for application use and security access.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to assist in identifying KPIs and data trends.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of working with process owners and providing second-level operational support for large business applications.
  • Experience with RFPs, and a full application lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new business systems and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous quality improvement, management information systems techniques, and change control procedures.
  • Results and deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home up to 2 days per week.
