Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with process stakeholders to understand and prioritize issues, work items, initiatives, and projects that deliver value.
- Create specifications, process/data maps, and use cases to support business requirements.
- Identify, track, and resolve application problems on a day-to-day basis, including evening and weekend support, as required.
- Coordinate the problem resolution process and work with IT teams, vendors, and departments to champion data integrity and reliability.
- Support the new vessel onboarding process and administer routine and non-routine procedures for application use and security access.
- Develop reports and dashboards to assist in identifying KPIs and data trends.
- Demonstrable experience of working with process owners and providing second-level operational support for large business applications.
- Experience with RFPs, and a full application lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new business systems and make suggestions for improvement.
- Strong knowledge of continuous quality improvement, management information systems techniques, and change control procedures.
- Results and deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000.
- A hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home up to 2 days per week.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including private health, dental, and travel cover.
- An annual bonus programme and additional annual bonus used to promote employee wellbeing.
- Up to 9% employer pension contributions and life assurance equivalent to four times your annual salary.
