Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Review and process new orders, working closely with the engineering and commercial teams.
  • Manage open orders and delivery status updates, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the demand team to ensure sales order ship-by dates are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maximize on-time in full (OTIF) performance and work with the supply chain team to resolve any manufacturing order delays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
