Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to sales orders.
  • Review and process new sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with the engineering and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.
  • Manage and update sales order information in our ERP system.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues.
  • Work with the demand team to ensure sales order ship-by dates are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maximize on-time delivery performance (OTIF) and ensure planning and production lead times are respected.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to resolve any manufacturing order delays due to raw material shortages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
