Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Collaborate with the engineering and commercial teams to process new orders and manage open orders.
* Input new orders into our ERP system and maintain accurate records.
* Work closely with the demand team to ensure sales order ship-by dates are updated and respected.
* Maximize on-time in full (OTIF) performance and work with the supply chain team to resolve any manufacturing order delays.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Conscientious and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
