Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded, and an in-depth knowledge of the contract is maintained.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure they are met.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary to ensure successful completion of all reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works orders.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or mechanically qualified to recognised level (e.g. C&G, SVQ, HNC/HND).
  • Experience: Proven experience and involvement in managing multi-site businesses.
  • Skills: Strong people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure.
