We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Nursing eRoster Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our community nursing services in Wokingham.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective and smooth running of our eRostering system across all our clinical and administration teams.
- Support team leaders in ensuring all rostering of shifts are safe and fair to all staff.
- Be the first point of contact for all working, guiding all aspects of roster guidelines.
- Ensure all requests for shifts have been processed through the correct authorization procedures.
- Liaise with team leaders and admin lead to create and manage rosters.
- Support the day-to-day running of the service.
- Good interpersonal, communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Multitasking to provide admin support across different areas within our services.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, work on own initiative, and unsupervised.
- ECDL or equivalent computer software qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience of using a variety of software programmes/packages.
- Previous knowledge and experience of working in a busy office and/or customer care environment.
- Strong organization and planning skills, excellent time-management, with the ability to reprioritize own work and that of others to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
