About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dedicated community team for adults with learning disabilities and autism. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing, supporting, and reviewing the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism, as well as providing direct work and general case management duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a caseload of adults with learning disabilities and autism and fulfill statutory duties on behalf of the service.
  • Assess, support plan, and review the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Provide direct work with adults who have a learning disability and/or autism.
  • General case management duties.

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience, current Social Work England registration, and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to work in our team.
