Operations Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at Pact Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our production department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of operatives to deliver department performance productivity, packing quality & accuracy and on time delivery.
- Support the set up of the shift, including covering the release of daily orders when needed.
- Motivate all operatives to achieve the targets set.
- Ensure quality and site standards are maintained to the highest level.
- Open and close the building.
- Manage returns.
- Complete training of new operatives and the knowledge of onboarding and offboarding if cover is needed.
- Manage departmental deadlines on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Strong people skills, ability to motivate and complete the task in hand with your team.
- Manage multiple tasks at once.
- Work to deadlines, enthusiastic and used to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to use a computer to complete tasks.
- Strong sense of team working and commitment to our company values.
- A positive, get up and go attitude at all times.
