About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Operative to join our team at Pact Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in helping us sustain and grow an operation of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate the speed and quality expected from all team members.
  • Be well-rounded in all areas of the operation, with the ability to cover any gaps as needed.
  • Bring any issues to the attention of the Production Supervisor and provide solutions when necessary.
  • Understand and implement procedures for closing and opening the building.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Support the completion of deadlines and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to use a computer to complete tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong sense of team working and commitment to our company values.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
