About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Student Support Team as a Pensions Officer. In this role, you will work directly with learners to improve attendance and positive behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage positively with learners to promote attendance and positive behaviours.
  2. Work closely with colleagues within the Safeguarding and Student Support structure and curriculum teams.
  3. Collaborate with the Curriculum Admin team to ensure effective communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent.
  2. A Level 3 qualification in any relevant subject.
  3. A Level 2 Guidance/Counselling qualification or willingness to work towards it.
