Position Overview
We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Account Management Team as you work towards obtaining your licenses, eventually allowing you to handle renewal reviews independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the review of existing client policies through various communication channels, including email and phone interactions. This will primarily involve fleet, mid-corporate, and large corporate commercial policies, alongside home, motor, and equine insurance.
- Cross-selling the complete range of products, including financial and risk management services.
- Building a strong reputation within the office for providing effective insurance solutions to corporate clients.
- Efficiently managing your schedule to balance client reviews, preparatory work, and additional responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
- A background in customer service is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office applications.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
