**About the Role**:
Reporting to the European Campaign Manager, the European Paid Social & PPC Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive commercial results and meet agreed KPIs. This role requires a creative yet data-driven individual with a passion for music and digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and implement paid campaigns across social, search, display, and video platforms.
- Formulate campaign strategy, conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and continually test and optimize campaigns.
- Manage daily operations of paid campaigns, including budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support channel marketing efforts and ensure campaign quality.
- Design and implement A/B, split, and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
- Own regular reporting and analysis of paid campaigns, presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in search engine technology to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize various tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain re-marketing and custom audience lists for European markets.
- Provide feedback to agency partners on campaign performance and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ y of proven experience in developing and managing successful paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving high ROAS and conversion rates.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for music and digital marketing, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
