Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator Apprentice to support our Talent Acquisition Manager with general recruitment administration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Maintain our current ATS system and records to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Manage departmental inbox and respond to recruitment queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition Projects, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
- Support the facilitation of graduate assessment centers and assist with new hire onboarding as needed.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide administrative support and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 or above required.
- Confident communication skills across all levels.
- Strong time management and organization skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Good IT skills, competent in MS packages.
- Able to work as part of a team and/or individually.
