Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Principal Scientist to join our Physical Chemistry team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing commercial and R&D projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific guidance and support to team members to meet project goals.
  • Present findings and maintain awareness of team priorities to support effective planning of resources.
  • Ensure laboratory equipment and work areas are clean and in proper working order.
  • Document all activities as required by relevant SOPs and Quality policies.
  • Coach, mentor, and line manage team members to ensure their development and growth.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects/activities within the group with a results-driven approach.
  • Ensure work is performed to an exceptionally high standard, within specified timeframes, and adhering to QC procedures.
Requirements
  • PhD in Physical Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
