Lead the Way in Physical Education

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PE teacher to take on the role of Coordinator of Learning - PE at Longfield Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in the department, shaping the curriculum, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Lead and manage the PE department, including staff development and performance management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote physical activity and health
  • Contribute to the development of the academy's overall educational vision and strategy
