About the Role

The People Data Analyst is an exciting opportunity in a global, dynamic organisation providing advanced data & analytics solutions to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient solutions to provide rich data & insights to support TUI's People Agenda.
  • Build effective partnerships with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for analytics products.
  • Guide stakeholders on how to use analytics tools and support increased data analytics maturity across TUI.
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders verbally, in writing, and in presentation formats.
  • Identify trends and observations from completed analysis and facilitate conversations with the HR team.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in building dashboards within Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS apps including Excel, Access (inc. VBA), Sharepoint, and Power Automate.
  • Critical thinking and ability to effectively convert key data insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to tell a story with data that drives meaningful discussion and action.
