About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our team at HMP Altcourse, Liverpool. This is a part-time role working 6 hours a week or 3 full days a month, offering a unique opportunity to work in a prison environment and contribute to the rehabilitation and support of offenders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat a range of MSK pathologies with some complex and/or chronic presentations.
  • Work as part of a forward-thinking, innovative healthcare team, delivering high-quality, best-practice treatment.
  • Form part of the wider MSK Health in Justice Team, comprising physiotherapists and podiatrists in immigration centres and prisons across the country.
