Job Summary:

Radiodetection Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth customer service and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Handle customer inquiries, book service/repair orders, and raise quotations.
    • Assist with collections, manage customer complaints, and provide support to external sales teams.
    • Coordinate with the Service department and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
    • Ensure orders and quotations are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Order Processing and Documentation:
    • Review customer purchase orders, maintain accurate customer records in the database.
    • Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues or delays in service.
    • Handle requests for expedited orders and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback to refine customer service practices and stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain matters clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a positive and professional approach to problem-solving.
