Job DescriptionCustomer Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and managing customer service operations within budget and relevant KPIs.
- Improving customer service operations to reduce customer effort and increase retention.
- Monitoring operational aspects of SLAs and managing successes and failures.
- Coordinating start-up and termination of customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Manager will work closely with the site management team to ensure optimal delivery of customer expectations. This includes:
- Managing commercial terms, including contract management and price conditions.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
