National Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key national grocery accounts across branded and own label personal care products, driving strategic growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage and grow accounts, working to achieve annual sales targets
  • Maximise sales through analysis, range reviews, and range extensions
  • Analyse market data and provide recommendations and insight to the customer
  • Produce sales reporting, analyse data, and feed back to the business and clients
  • Look at product improvement initiatives, working closely with colleagues to develop ideas
  • Develop new accounts and opportunities
Requirements:
  • National Account Management experience working with major UK grocers
  • FMCG - Health/personal care desirable
  • Experience with branded and own label products desirable
  • Strong relationship building and consultative approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge
  • Experience in pulling together high-value tenders
  • Able to analyse trends and provide recommendations
