Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our customer service team, dedicated to supporting our clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and uphold a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service from initial contact through to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of all orders in accordance with company standard operating procedures and key performance indicators.
  • Generate quotations and identify new business prospects.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information.
  • Coordinate international deliveries for all client locations.
  • Analyze sales data to drive growth.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Promote additional services and products.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in order entry and quotation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ambition to meet and exceed company objectives.
  • Experience with internal CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in account management is a plus.
