A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CULINARY AND HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE

Your daily responsibilities will include...

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival
  • Maintaining the restaurant area, ensuring buffets are well-stocked with fresh dishes and clearing away used plates and utensils.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of all equipment utilized in the dining area and related spaces.
  • Taking food and beverage orders from guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Preparing and serving drinks to guests promptly
  • Delivering food orders from the kitchen, confirming accuracy, and serving them to guests
  • Ensuring all guests are treated professionally in line with company standards.

    • Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
