About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Reception Team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Efficiency: Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with brand, hotel, and company operating standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Reception Team to achieve excellent customer service and operational standards.
  • Upselling and Revenue Growth: Positively promote our hotel's services and amenities to maximize revenue.
Requirements
  • Personality and Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
