Coffee Shop Supervisor Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team at The Range. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Coffee Shop Supervisor to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Deputising in the absence of the manager and performing a variety of tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Managing the till operation, inventory, and stock levels.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A can-do attitude with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to take pride in personal appearance and maintain a high level of professionalism.
