Coffee Shop Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team at The Range. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Coffee Shop Supervisor to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise in managers absence and perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, till operation, cleaning, Health & Safety, food hygiene and other general duties associated with working in a catering environment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new menu ideas and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or catering environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evenings.
  • Good command of English language and basic numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
