Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Healthcare sector development efforts. As a Healthcare Sector Director, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and sustainability in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in the healthcare sector
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver healthcare projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and future clients, external collaborative partners, and Ramboll colleagues
  • Identify opportunities and address them with solutions that add value and demonstrate Ramboll's commitment to sustainability
  • Contribute to the leadership/management group in our Healthcare division, setting strategic priorities for continuous growth
Requirements:
  • Academic degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional membership of relevant institution
  • Several years of experience with project and/or programme management in healthcare
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, including associated challenges and opportunities
  • An innovative mindset and urge to challenge yourself, clients, and the sector
  • A passion for sustainability and a strong interest in driving change that underpins a sustainable transformation of society
  • Business acumen and ability to build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • An ability to collaborate across technical and geographical borders
  • Effective communication skills in English
