  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of meals to students and staff, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Stock Control and Ordering: Assist in stock control and food ordering, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Contract Details:

  • Temporary Position: This is a temporary position for a minimum of 1 month, with the possibility of extension.
  • Working Hours: Full-time working pattern, Monday to Friday, 7am - 2.30pm, with a half-hour lunch break included.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is essential.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work well under pressure and in a team, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
