Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Catering Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are clean and organized, preparing and packing meals according to kitchen requirements, and assisting with the service and set-up for staff and guests.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare all types of food in line with kitchen requirements or to pack meals as needed
* Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day duties in the kitchen and Front of House, ensuring that the required catering service is successfully delivered on a daily basis
* Liaise and co-operate with the Chef manager and the Front of House manager, to follow and respect their requests and orders
* Preparation of meals and or packing, observing all Quality, Hygiene and Food Safety requirements

Requirements:

* Kitchen Experience or Front of House Experience
* Ability to follow strict instructions in a systematic and consistent manner
* The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
* Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
