About the Role

Hanson Lee is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our IT Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer-focused support and proactive services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related incidents and requests, ranging from simple access requests to complex issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and make recommendations to the IT Service Desk Manager.
  • Ensure day-to-day IT operational checks are completed, including system backup checks, application availability, and address failures as needed.
  • Communicate information across teams about known errors and workarounds related to incidents and problems.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Technical competence with a strong understanding of Windows 11, Azure Entra, Intune, Office 365, Azure Admin, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix, and printing technology.
  • Experience supporting AV/Media support, Crestron technology, and Signage Live is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with applications such as OpenBox, Impact, DocoSoft, RMS, Workday, and ProCede is an asset.
