Job Title: Operational Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our Project Controls Team in Glasgow. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing threats, opportunities, and issues on high-profile infrastructure projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks and opportunities
  • Maintain visibility of risk trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and timely drawdown of risk budget
  • Assist in the development of management responses to risks and opportunities
  • Monitor overall risk exposure and assess against the remaining risk budget and timeline
  • Produce and present risk reports to support effective communication of risk status and required senior management action
Requirements:
  • Experience in a risk delivery role on major projects or blue-chip clients
  • Knowledge of risk management interactions and Project Controls methodology
  • Ability to understand and apply quantitative risk assessment techniques
  • Familiarity with web-based database/reporting tools
  • Desirable: IRM/APM risk certification
