Exciting Opportunity for a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our rapidly expanding engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing machines, performing preventative maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding on waste recycling equipment such as compactors and balers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer sites to install machines and perform routine maintenance
  • Carry out fault-finding and repair of waste recycling equipment
  • Ensure van stock levels are correct and well-maintained
  • Participate in on-call rota, working 1 in 4 weekends with a retainer rate of £100 per weekend
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and background in mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Electrical fault-finding skills
  • Previous experience in a mobile/field-based role
  • Full driving licence
