Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Corporate Services team in Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client base, with a particular focus on the Real Estate sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process from origination to completion.
  3. Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Services in Jersey to develop and implement business development strategies.
  4. Manage and build the new business pipeline on Sales Force, ensuring timely follow-up on action points and proposal creation.
  5. Prepare client presentations and materials, highlighting the value proposition of our Corporate Services.
  6. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, informing business development strategies and proposals.
  7. Attend networking opportunities, including conferences and industry events, to build brand and service awareness.
  8. Project work, research, and analysis to build out our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and promote awareness of our division.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Senior professional with a proven track record of sales and lead conversion in the financial services sector.
  2. Experience in Real Estate requiring Corporate Services solutions, with a strong network of intermediaries and target clients.
  3. General corporate service and structuring experience, with a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/ACCA) preferred.
  4. Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks, with regular UK and potentially international travel expected.
