Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to take on the role of Clinical Study Manager within the Centre for Cardiovascular Science. This position is essential for the support and execution of cardiology-focused clinical research initiatives under the guidance of Professor Mills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and oversight of clinical research projects, which may encompass clinical trials.

This role is structured as part-time (28 hours per week), with flexibility to consider alternative part-time arrangements up to 28 hours per week. It is a fixed-term position with an anticipated end date. Additionally, we are open to discussions regarding hybrid working arrangements that blend remote work with regular on-campus presence.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Substantial experience in study management within a healthcare or NHS environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in monitoring, analyzing, and communicating complex data.
  • Strong project management capabilities, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
