The Role:

The primary focus of this position is to support the daily operations involved in the assessment and upkeep of wheels and tyres that are ready for resale or recycling. This team guarantees that our tyres are expertly repaired, fitted, and sold to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Balancing wheels effectively


• Repairing tyre punctures


• Evaluating wheels on a balancing machine to confirm they are undamaged and suitable for resale


• Cleaning wheels and documenting the correct specifications for each item, including Manufacturer, width, diameter, and stock number


• Entering data into our system to generate relevant identification tags


• Capturing images of wheels and organizing them in designated storage areas


• Processing online orders and coordinating with dispatch for packaging and collection.


• Assisting in face-to-face customer service at the counter.


• Complying with health and safety regulations

What You Bring:


• Previous experience in a related role with wheels and tyres is advantageous


• Ability to perform tasks competently and efficiently


• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a busy team


• Strong communication abilities


• Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively


• Must be able to lift and manage heavy items safely


• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
