About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruitment 24/7 Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, receipts, and statements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage credit control and petty cash, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Conduct fortnightly payment runs, ensuring that all payments are made on time and in accordance with company policies.
  • Raise invoices and manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Monitor income, expenditure, budgets, and forecasts, providing regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for financial queries, providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within accounting or billing, with a strong understanding of financial operations and procedures.
  • Experience with managing credit control and petty cash, as well as conducting fortnightly payment runs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Sage or Xero software.
