We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to work as Teaching Assistants in our schools, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and other challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of all students.
- Recent experience working with children with SEMH needs or managing challenging behaviors in group settings and one-to-one.
- Clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/Child and Adult Workforce) registered to the Update Service.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
