Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hexagon Recruitment. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.59.
- A 37-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
