About the Role

Abacus Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to join their team in London, England. As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of various employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Track and analyze reports from vendors on the usage of benefits globally, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Run reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to inform strategic decisions and support business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance to employees on global benefits-related matters, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the enrollment process for new hires and annual open enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and industry developments, ensuring Abacus Group, LLC remains compliant and competitive.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and HR Core team to ensure seamless integration of benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR, with a focus on global benefits programs.
  • Proven experience with ADP and Workday, with a strong understanding of Excel.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and stakeholders.
  • Financial services industry background preferred, but not required.
