About the Role
Abacus Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to join their team in London, England. As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of various employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Track and analyze reports from vendors on the usage of benefits globally, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Run reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to inform strategic decisions and support business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to employees on global benefits-related matters, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the enrollment process for new hires and annual open enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations and industry developments, ensuring Abacus Group, LLC remains compliant and competitive.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and HR Core team to ensure seamless integration of benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR, with a focus on global benefits programs.
- Proven experience with ADP and Workday, with a strong understanding of Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and stakeholders.
- Financial services industry background preferred, but not required.
