**Benefits Administration Role**

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to assist in the administration of various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, workers' compensation, and leave of absence (LOA). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and MS Excel skills, experience with Workday, and a basic understanding of the varying legal and regulatory frameworks across various countries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the administration of various employee benefits programs
  • Track and analyze reports from vendors with regards to usage of benefits globally
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding global benefits-related questions and issues
  • Support the enrollment process for new hires and annual open enrollment
  • Knowledge of local regulations in various jurisdictions related to benefits programs
  • Support the implementation and promotion of wellness programs and activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being

**Requirements**

  • BA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years' experience in benefits administration or HR in a larger organization preferably in the finance sector
  • Strong analytical and MS Excel skills, experience with Workday necessary
  • Very strong customer relationship building skills and experience in dealing with employees of all nationalities and at all levels
  • Basic understanding of the varying legal and regulatory frameworks across various countries
