Benefits Administrator

Harrison Holgate is seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join their HR team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of HR benefit programs and maintaining employee benefits data in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage benefit programs and maintain accurate records in Workday.
  • Provide support on employee benefits-related questions and resolve issues.
  • Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Keep the company intranet up to date with relevant benefit information.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Benefits administration experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
