Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of various employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze reports from vendors on the usage of benefits globally, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Benefits Participation and Trends: Run reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Employee Support: Answer employee questions regarding global benefits-related matters, providing clear and concise information to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Enrollment and Onboarding: Support the enrollment process for new hires and annual open enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold a knowledge of local regulations for benefits programs, including COBRA, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Wellness Programs: Implement and promote wellness programs to improve employee health and well-being, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

  • Industry Background: Financial services industry background preferred, with experience working with ADP and Workday.
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in Excel and Workday.
