Property Lettings Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our Lettings team in Rotherham as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and book valuations for potential clients
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate agreements and progress lets through to exchange and completion
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record in a target-driven environment
- Able to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
