We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our new development in West Kirby. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met, and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will be based on site and report to the Construction Director, successfully managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in site management. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for construction, we encourage you to apply.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a black or white CSCS card and a wealth of previous site management experience gained building residential apartments, retirement living, extra-care homes, or student accommodation.

You will also need to have sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and be a qualified first aider at work. Additionally, you will need to be able to influence and motivate a team to achieve critical objectives.
